I’ve used John, the Appliance Doctor, for at least 10 years (maybe longer?). Fortunately, I haven’t had too many times that I needed to call him. He’s worked on my stove and my fridge. He thought the fridge might be toast (phone diagnosis) but it just needed a “thaw out” lol. He replaced the heating element on my stove so I will probably (IMO) get another 15+ years out of it. John is very knowledgeable and honest. I recommend him to everyone. ----Jennifer in WYCO
Technician came out and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Response time to my request for service was met within 24 hours. Technician was courteous and very thorough with the service that was performed on my dryer. Service charge was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend John and the Appliance Doctor for any of your appliance repair needs.
Very fair priced and honest. No fuss just straightforward work from Mr. John. Highly recommended and will use again.
I called John yesterday and we scheduled an appointment for today. He showed up on time, made friends with my dogs and got to work. He fixed my Samsung dryer in no time! He was absolutely excellent.
