An appointment was made through choice home warranty. The date schedule with time between noon and five. He never arrived he never called the next day , he texted and said he had a baby and he would reschedule , and I could pick up any time. Arranged for the following monday between eleven and three. We had used Appliance Doctor years ago with good results. Called them in early December to fix GE ceramic cooktop, and he took $330 to order part, and we haven't been able to contact him since, and it is now last of April. Doesn't deserve even one star rating.
