Fast, Convenient, and Great service! He was very informative, performed a speedy repair, and very reasonably priced! 5 Stars!
Nearly impossible to get in touch with, does not return phone calls, have voice mail in order to return phone calls or keep a calendar of appointments. Some of us have work and have to request time off to be home for maintenance, to say he can't also schedule an appointment or a time frame of an morning or an afternoon five days out is incredibly unprofessional.
David is a skilled and fair repair professional. Communication was good and he was upfront with explaining the problem. He was able to fix my problem with minimal cost. Was more interested in being honest than he was about making a buck.
Work with him for a week to try and fix an appliance. No action, a lot of excuses, no follow up. Had to get somebody else.
