What a great company. On time, professional, and fast. He came in said hello asked where the refrigerator was as we discussed on the phone and began fixing it. We had a leak for several months thinking we needed a new refrigerator. Ended up it was a defrost malfunction. All fixed for under $200.00. Thanks Doc.
Very knowledgeable and honest. I received detailed advice over the phone to troubleshoot the problem before he would come out and actually charge me for a service visit. I would absolutely call him again for repairs.
