Very unorganized can not provide delivery times or any other information not worth 1 star
Beyond awful!!! STAYS AWAY. They won’t answer the calls. Won’t give times on deliveries. Can’t answer the phone to save their life! And still don’t have my appliances after a month of waiting
I don't understand how this place is still in business. I've lived in a rental home for 5 years in which I've had four appliances replaced and every single time this company has gotten everything completely mixed up starting with not communicating about delivery time, calling to tell me that they are at my home during a time that we haven't planned, not showing up for scheduled delivery times with zero communication, bringing an appliance that doesn't fit or is already broken or damaged.
