Dave in the shop and Roland on the service call were both terrific. I remember an appliance store at this location a long time ago - like when I was a kid. I had gone there with my dad. Obviously not the same people anymore, but that old time, personal, local service was wonderful to experience again. And the price was great. Highly recommend!
Terrible customer service never answered the phone and wasn’t open during open operating hours. I am not sure if this is even a real business.
We had a problem with our clothes dryer. Rolland came out as scheduled, identified the problem and ordered a replacement part. He returned the next day, had us up and running at a fair price. I was very happy with their service. I would definitely refer friends to him.
Took my money ordered a part now i can’t get anyone on the phone or @ office??? 5 days & counting….
