We had a problem with our clothes dryer. Rolland came out as scheduled, identified the problem and ordered a replacement part. He returned the next day, had us up and running at a fair price. I was very happy with their service. I would definitely refer friends to him.
Took my money ordered a part now i can’t get anyone on the phone or @ office??? 5 days & counting….
I called to make an appointment I thought I was calling someone’s personal phone the way the young lady picked up like it was a friend calling to chat. I asked her did I reach the right number she said yes but still failed to tell me what business it was. She explained it’s a $60 fee that does not go toward the repair . If that’s their policy fine but it gave me no security so I went with another company. The overall phone etiquette turned me off right away.
I love this place because the guy who answers the calls - Fred - has an exceptionally positive, professional phone presence. Plus he is a real person rather than a robot or a foreign answering service, which is amazing. Moreover, the repair expert (Roland) who Fred deployed to my parents' home in Gary, IN did a phenomenal job repairing my parents' dryer.
