We recently moved to town and needed a new washer & dryer. We had sold our old set before moving & didn't want to spend a ridiculous amount. We had done that before when we purchased our front load Electrolux W&D. $3,000 later I was highly disappointed with the noise that set made. Went to their new store in Buckley because they stay open until 7PM. I talked to Bret and found a nice washer & dryer set for $300 works and looks great!!!
I stopped in about 4 months ago because our washer had died. Ended up buying a used set for a good price. 90 day parts and labor warranty like the web site says. Wouldn't you know it, 30 days after the warranty expired, the washers tranny goes out. I thought for sure I would be stuck with a huge bill. Doug, the guy who sold me the set, still honered the warranty. Repaired the washer at no cost. My washer died and I only had a very small window to buy a "new" one. I found them online on Craigslist and they were the only ones that were open earlier than 10am. I called and Doug answered and told me about what they had. The prices were great, they delivered it within an hour of buying it and they have a warranty!!!! Chris was so helpful when he did the delivery and I am just very happy! I will definitely send friends and family there and if I need anymore appliances this is where I will go!!!
Not only did I drive a mere 25 miles to shop at Appliance NW for a washer & dryer set, but they had the cleanest, overall cosmetically and mechanically sound appliances. I got the best deal on a reconditioned Maytag Neptune set and a nominal charge for home delivery. The washer initially had issues so what the store did was pick it up and bring me a loaner. We have bought a Washer, year later Dryer and last year a dishwasher. They also delivered for a small fee{cheaper than I could have rented a truck). We had issues with the Dishwasher so they took it back and replaced it no problem
