I Called for a part available on their webpage and requested a shipping cost quote. Ron kept my phone number to call me back with the shipping quote. Next day pass by and no response from Ron. I called them back just to realize that the part wasn't available as they stated at their webpage. I ask Ron why he kept my phone number if he did not had intentions to call me back. I needed a whirlpool washing machine tub for my 20 year old washer. I first went to Sears online service and there website said that it was in stock. The price was reasonable so I ordered it. 3 weeks later I called to check on the order and they said it was still in process.. not shipped. I then canceled my order as this was unacceptable.
