I needed a whirlpool washing machine tub for my 20 year old washer. I first went to Sears online service and there website said that it was in stock. The price was reasonable so I ordered it. 3 weeks later I called to check on the order and they said it was still in process.. not shipped. I then canceled my order as this was unacceptable.
