From the salesman (Joe Sierra) to the installers (Devin and Kevin and the other 2 guys — I didn’t catch their names), everything was top notch! I cannot speak highly enough of this store, especially their tireless salesperson, Rob. We have purchased 7 appliances (and counting) over the years and the service is always prompt, efficient, compassionate and courteous. The prices are unbeatable - that's literal - you cannot beat the prices they provide. This is the only place anyone in the NOVA area should be shopping for appliances.

Sold me the world’s worst speed queen. Has never worked right from day one. 5 service visits and counting in the first month. Appliance Connection does not take returns so if you get a lemon machine you are on your own.
