I ordered from this company on the second of this month. 18 days later I have no air conditioner and fedex shows the shipment as waiting to receive the shipment from appliances connection. The first customer service guy said that they where supposed to receive the AC in the warehouse, but it didn't arrive so they where waiting. A second guy came on the phone and said that mine was shipped but fedex lost it.
