Absolutely horrible service!! Made an appointment for a technician to arrive between 2pm and 6pm. I called earlier in the day and requested a phone call when technician is on their way. Customer service advised me they made the note and that would not be a problem. 5pm hits no contact, 5:30…. Nothing, finally at 5:45 I try to contact customer service to get an ETA as I work nights and have to leave for work by 7:30 and no answer because customer service closes at 5pm. The negative reviews are pretty accurate. Read the responses from the “Company Owner”. No accountability. Just a string of justifications for unprofessionalism and bad behavior. The technician they sent to my house was very rude and confrontational. I waited a month for this company to make repairs on an appliance for me. The few times I called this company to follow up on my repairs (mind you, they NEVER followed up with me), who ever answers the phone would get upset at me.
