They were not looking for "extra" money I went into Appliance City looking for a dishwasher. While I was there, the sales person asked me what I wanted and I told him that I didn't want anything too pricey. While I was looking there was one that I liked but it was in white and even the sales guy stated that with children,t he white gets dirty so fast. So he then showed me a cheaper model in black that did the same things. I was going to spend more money, and he gave me cheaper. I was amazed!!

Good local business I think this place is GREAT! Great selection, pricing and a very informative staff. Delevery was good and clean. Appliance CIty continues to shine in Orange County. I believe in buying locally and not turning my hard earned dollars to a corporate monster. This is the place. I am baffled by the previous posts??? I will return for my next appliance needs.

After delivery, we found out through KitchenAid that the stove was a 2001 model (not a typo) and the refrigerat... read more

How are they still in business?? TERRIBLE!!! TERRIBLE!!!!! Not what it once was! The place looks like it's falling apart. They have no new models and thier prices are rediculous. Our "salesman" was a overweight man that drooled on the counter. He did not listen to what we needed, and did not seem to know anything about appliances. While he was "helping" us he left to meet his wife that brought him lunch. He then left us to over hear his phone conversation that showed very poor customer service. "I don't make the machine- you... read more
