Stay away from this company. I contacted them to fix 2 of my wine refrigerators back in March 2019. They came out 3 or 4 times to try to fix these. 6 months later and $6,000 my refrigerators still don't work. They will not pick up their phone or respond to messages on their website. I have heard they have gone out of business. Triple FFF rating. 0 stars
Beware.....I recently needed Appliance Champion to honor their 1 year parts and labor warranty to repair my refrigerator. Tech arrived. Diagnosed the issue and said he would order the part. 6 weeks later?... Still no follow up from ownership, no communication to customer, and no repairs...Not a way to retain customers for the long term, but I assume, from all the bad reviews I read online, they are not real concerned.
Misdiagnosed a problem, installed a defective parts, came back to reinstall the same part, and still having issues after spending tons of money. When I called the company to get my money back, a female rep cursed me out and hung up. Called again asking to be transferred to a manager or an owner, she said she is the owner and cursed me out again and hung up once more.
