Called Tyler on phone about parts for my washer and gave him the model number. He said he had them in stock. I drove over to purchase them but found out he had pulled the wrong part number up and he told me he did not have my part in stock. I stated it was a shame I wasted a trip over because he gave me wrong info and said I bet he was sorry. To my shock he said he was not sorry. My oven stopped working,. The range was high end when it was new 14 years ago and I was loathe to shell out the bucks to replace it. So I narrowed down the issue to the control board, which as it turns out is no longer manufactured and no longer carried by anyone. A couple places offered a repair service that would cost $150+ and take 2 to 4 weeks. So I brought the board to Tyler at Appliance Center Tampa. Within 5 minutes, he identified the problem on the board and fixed it within the hour... all for half the cheapest place... read more
Tyler, the owner, was VERY helpful when I went in to ask him about a problem I was having installing a new heating element in our 38 year old (!) Kenmore dryer. Within minutes, he solved the whole problem! I went home to put the finishing touches on fixing our dryer and it is once again drying our clothes perfectly. Thank you, Tyler!!!
