My Bosch oven didnt work ***** gave me a list of business close to home ,I chose Appliance care service it said they were in business for 40 years I thought I could trust them ! Boy was I wrong ! Customer ********************** is absolutely terrible rude and wont let you even speak. Business never completed the job paid to do. Will never do business again and will not recommend to anyone
This place has terrible customer **********************!!! Beware of the harassment and name calling from the miserable manager *****, if thats even his real name. Good luck trying to reach the owner *************************** because they claim he is never available. This company came put to service my fridge and the technician ordered two parts for the service. One part was on back order for months so they came in the replace the available part. Awful customer service relations. Repair person came on behalf of ********* for a leaky washing machine. Barely walked into the laundry room and began accusing us of using too much soap. Explained that we follow directions and use the automatic dispenser and that the puddle is not soapy water when it leaks. He started and stopped machine several times - never running a full cycle. This resulted in the machine dispensing more soap into the drum, which he used to justify his case that it’s excess soap causing machine to leak. ... read more
