James completed my oven repair and was promp and a real pro. Cullman Appliance and Repair has done a great job on two repairs on my old appliances and they even let you track your technician so you know exactly when to expect them! Highly recommend.
Ben arrived promptly and on-time at 8:00 a.m.. I was impressed with the mobile tracker that offered a chance for me to know how close he was. Ben was clear and concise in describing the issues, solutions, and appropriate timeframe for repair. Cullman Appliance and Repair have never disappointed.
This is my 3rd time dealing with Cullman Appliance and Repair. James was the technician on all my refrigerator problems and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I don’t leave many reviews but they deserve recognition for the professionalism and skills to complete the job. Thanks

Once again this company lives up to its word. Part was delayed coming in. They said my A/C would be fixed by Thursday. The tech was dispatched to pick up the parrt. He then was then taken off another job and sent to me to finish up with my repair. They didn't leave me hanging with no A/C. They lived up to their word. Great job again as expected. Thank yall.Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a honest and dependable company.!!!
