Sam is great. He is very busy, but he always manages to squeeze me in in a pinch. I do a ton of laundry and he knows if my washer or dryer breaks it’s panic mode and he accommodates me as much as possible. He is also fast, efficient and best of all he’s honest. I have had him do a repair while I was at work and completely trusted him come in my home without me being there. Gotta love that about small towns!

Just had a problem with our Microwave a day before we were leaving town fo a month. Called Appliance Care and left a message with my problem. 30 minutes later I received a call back asking if Sam could come look at the microwave that same morning. That was a pleasant surprise. Sam arrived within the one hour window they gave me. Within 30 minutes after his arrival my microwave was humming again. Have called Appliance Care many times over the years. Always knowledgable about the machine. Appreciate him being efficient and not leaving a mess. I keep their numbers where I can find it. Thank you.
