Excellent communication with Tammy from Appliance Avenue, Inc. The repairman came by to diagnose the problem with my washing machine, order the part and replaced it efficiently. Appliance Avenue is a great company and provided excellent customer service by accommodating my work schedule for the repair. I highly recommend them!
For anyone looking for an appliance repair company, please think twice before calling Appliance Avenue (Spaulding Circle) in Severn, Maryland. I had the misfortune of dealing with the company in attempting to get my washer repaired and it was an awful experience, one that I would not wish on anyone! Over my many years of home ownership, I have had a number of companies come to install services, make repairs, etc., but I have never had a company cause me such "pain", especially when the company didn't even make the repair!
