My mother purchased an new refrigerator last week @ the store. Paid in full and it was delivered unfortunately damaged in the inside. 2 cracks in the back surface wall.She reported it to the manufacture and they suggested that she have the store replace it. @ this stage the store suggested that they could have some one repair it but we simply request a new refrigerator...(that is what was paid for) We are waiting to a reply from the store management @ this stage. My mother is 74 yrs. old and I can only monitor this activity ... read more

We've done business with Applicance Arama (no longer known as Ted's....Ted was the dad) and you can't beat them, they'll beat prices, offer free delivery and 3-1/2% sales tax. They know what they sell, are friendly, helpful, and stand behind what they sell!

We purchased a laundry center. It arrived irreperably broken as confirmed by the authorized repairman--the entire frame was twisted and it squeaked and vibrated upon use. Appliance Arama took no responsibility for the machine nor assisted us with the damaged machine in any way. We had to go directly to the manufacturer for a refund. Appliance Arama did, however, cash our check. Neither they nor the installation company whom they referred us to was willing to refund the cost of the delivery or installation.
