Just called this place about a pressure washer and explained to her that I was looking for one and seen one that they had sitting outside and she asked and I explained to her and she said have a nice day and hung up in my face without even giving me a price on anything or without answering my question. She was definitely rude

Horrible customer service from Taylor. I mentioned that I was looking for a 12-piece set for my new construction townhomes. Firstly, she refused to do business because I live far away, and their company only accepts in-person payments. Then she called back and said that I could place an online order for payment. Secondly, I wanted to speak with a manager since it's a significant purchase and I wanted a discount.
