The lady answering the phones is very unprofessional. Should not just hang up on someone. Would answer question, didnt connect to someone who could, just rude
Do not buy anything from this place total scam they send you the wrong parts ones you can get real cheap and you can't return it they don't answer the phone don't waste your time and money total scam
I ordered a part for my pool heater from them through a website called Bonanza. The packaged arrived fairly quick, but it wasn’t the part I ordered. I sent them an email. No response. I sent them a message on Bonanza. No response. I sent Bonanza a response and they responded that they asked the seller to contact me and I still haven’t been contacted. Now I have a part that I have no use for. Very poor customer service to say the least.
Bought a part on eBay, it did not work even thought it stated for my Pellet Stove, mode p23, they agreed to take it back ebay sent a return label, then it was out for delivery to them, but magically did not get delivered? then they stated it did nto get delivered so i am out the money? why a scam!
