I’ve been using them for a while now, I have one of the climate controlled rooms and haven’t had many problems. There was a time the gate wouldn’t open for a week or two and some of the lights had been burned out but when I call they are very nice and helpful. The last manager didn’t seem too interested in fixing these problems but with the new management I’m excited for it to get even better!
WORST. You can never get ahold of the office (which is in another state, not locally owned or even near). I had a climate controlled unit and the ac didn’t work most of the summer. I called and emailed several times and they ignored me. They advertise 24/7 gated access but that’s a lie. It has set hours and will not open to allow you access to your unit. On top of that sometimes it just don’t work. They increase the rent CONSISTENTLY throughout the year and it is 100% not worth it. Find another.
