The ladies were wonderful. We were so happy with my sons venue, and handled a large glitch with professionalism

Extremely disappointing experience. The woman who answered the phone was shockingly rude, unhelpful, and showed zero interest in assisting with my request. Instead of offering any alternatives, she abruptly hung up. I would strongly advise against using this place — unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly more interested in making a quick buck than providing any real service. Also, $450 for a “wedding fee” no matter the size, even for two people, is ABSURD. Scammers.
