Not a good place to work or take your loved ones. The work environment is a gossip show and the woman in charge allows it. Numerous times i brought to her attention and nothing was done. Zero communication skills and after leaving the company i was escorted by 2 police for no reason just further harassment.
Please DO NOT take your loved ones to this facility. Both of my parents were in the Assisted Living area at Applewood of New Berlin with outside Hospice support in June and July of 2020.. There was a total lack of communication from Applewood. The Executive Director and Health Nurse did not return calls in a timely manner and sometimes not at all. UNACCEPTABLE! We couldn’t enter the facility due to COVID restrictions which made it imperative that we were able to have phone discussions regarding my parents care, but that didn... read more
I just love their services; my dad is very much sensitive. The way they are managing my dad its really commendable.
