Applewood Pointe of New Brighton is a great place to live. In addition to our location on Rush Lake, we have lots of wildlife in our backyard. Long Lake Regional Park is just on the otherside of Rush Lake. We recently refurbished the inside of our Co-op with new carpeting and furniture. Come take a tour and see our beautiful building and grounds.

Love this building! It is located on a beautiful property. Donna and Katie are very helpful as well!
