Surprise Surprise. I've been taking care of my teeth religiously. This office told the VA I needed deep cleanings every 3 months. They constantly tried to upsell. VA sent us to new dentist. Guess what? Regular cleanings only. Also, they tried to make me get 2 appointments as they said they could only clean ONE HALF OF MY MOUTH each appointment. Had an appointment today and they have been closed since July 1st and no one called me to tell me.
Update. Went 7/14 2025 and they were closed with door locked. Sign on door saying they "moved" to different location with new address.. I went to new location and they are a completely different dentist office and told me the other location CLOSED. I even received a text confirmation 7/7. WTH. This should be zero stars. Veteran Review. I was sent there by the VA. Added another star April 2025 for Jake. He's awesome. Initial appointment 1 April, today is May 20. I was very averse to dentists after a rough experience in 2018, and I was so hesitant to go somewhere new. One of my best friends uses Applewood Modern Dentistry and recommended them to me as a place I could go and feel safe. So in December 2024, after a six year dental hiatus l took the leap of faith.
