This clinic is cursed. Now Dr. Waseem will not be there anymore after a 7 month stint. The other doctors before her just picked up and left last year without notification to patients. This clinic feels like a third world country.
Clinic is always closed whenever i call them. As per their opening hours, they should be open till 3pm but even if i call at 2:30pm they’ll be closed. I’ve been trying to reach them for 2 weeks now, sometimes they are closed and sometimes they’re on vacation. It’s extremely hard to reach them.
The clinic looked unclean and somewhat disorganized. It didn’t give me a sense of comfort or trust. The staff’s approach felt unprofessional, and overall, the experience was disappointing.
Dr Wasim Ji Is really cool , came here to change my family doctor after moved to Ontario province, my first visit itself she put me to all tests that’s really great about the service to start.
I am a new patient at this clinic. I find Dr. Waseem extremely efficient and understanding. The staff are kind and courteous. quick results. conscientious and pleasant to deal with.
