Travis at Applewood Log Homes did a wonderful job of responding to our needs with solutions and answers to building a log home. He worked with us for quite some time trying to get a good design and fit into our budget. We even visited one of their sites still under construction. Ultimately, we did not move forward with building a log home, due to budget difficulties on our end. Travis is a trustworthy source of help and support. Thanks Kris & Sherri
Didn't answer at first like many have said, BUT....... the owner called me right back and answered all my questions. I did not even leave a voice mail, but received a call back. As a business owner myself, I understand the overwhelming number of phone calls one receives through the day, my number looks suspicious as is, but yet my call was returned. Look forward to working with this company.
If the person responsible is Robert K Russell beware. He scammed us and many others. See Geauga County Clerk Of Courts for Robert K Russell, Ohio BBB and Ohio AG complaints for Eagles Nest Construction. Check out his references! I saw a cabin addition he did.
