I've been a resident of Apple wood for 20 years and its the best decision my parents could of ever made was to downsize and move into a mobile home. Are there rules? Yes of course but the rules are not over the top. As where any place you rent you must get park appropriate first, protect yourself and keep the drama to a minimum. Owners are GREAT and very understanding.

I have lived here in previous years and moved back 4 years ago. It’s a beautiful home and very well kept roads and landscaping. Owners are great and very responsive. Are there rules? Of course. But they are not ridiculous. All we are asked of management as homeowners is to keep our homes and property clean and neat. If there weren’t any rules Applewood would look like some of the other mobile home parks in Oneida County. No thanks.

Applewood Community is the worst company I ever had the displeasure to engage with. If I could give them a minus 10 rating, I would. The owner and management are mean-spirited, unscrupulous and avaricious. I originally thought their disrespectful attitude was only directed at my husband and I because we inherited a house in the community.
