Front desk lady is not at all helpful
Don was very kind and supportive to us when my 78VW was running rough and I wasn’t sure if the van would make the drive back to the ferry in Nanaimo. He was willing to change his long weekend plans to accommodate towing us if needed. I appreciated his support during this stressful time for me. Thanks Don!
I needed to get the drivers side of my car repainted though insurance. They did a great Job and had it done within the time frame it was promised. The color march looks perfect. They were accommodating and easy to deal with. I hope i never need bodywork again but if I do I won't hesitate to use them again!
Truck was use to move dirt or cement also found open condom wrapper in cup holder 😡 not going there again
The customer service at this business is simply outstanding. I had a tricky vehicle retrieval that Applewood helped me with. They were very very resourceful and helpful during the whole process and communicated well. Their bill was also very reasonable considering all the work they put in.
