This complex is a complete joke and no wonder why it's a 3 star rating!! Update: I have been gone from this place a little over a year due to A/C not working properly in the summer-time. I would not rent apartment 23 at applewood!! They think 80 degree weather is okay for living in your apartment and I even had a little baby!! The excuse was because we were on the top floor- Super close to being sued if I would have fell through with a lawyer at court. Not a good place to live. The office has done the bare minimum in response to my consistent noise and maintenance issues instead offering up the equivalent advice of... Have you tried fixing it yourself? Your joking right... Do your job.

It's awful. My apartment has been flooded 5 times over the last couple years. I get it, it happens right? But the apartment complex has done absolutely NOTHING about it. Haven't helped me clean/replace my stuff, I have to wait 24 hours for a water removing crew to come in, they do not fix water damage they just let it rot (and then come back later to paint over the rot instead of actually fixing it), they have not offered to move me to another apartment that does not flood, they have done nothing about the area of land where... read more
