horrible establishment. they didn’t let us know our unit wouldn’t be ready to move in until the day before. They then wouldn’t respond to our emails asking about the unit. We finally called after a week of no response and they said the unit will no longer be ours and kept our application fee. Absolutely insane. Don’t rent here. they won’t help nor respond when you need them to. horrible management, we now have to look for a new place last minute. One star is being generous! I moved in here 4 years ago, it was a decent community and a good price for myself at the time because I was recently divorced. The first two years were fine no issues. But since the latest property manager and assistant came about 2 years ago the place has been a nightmare. It took almost a year to get a new sliding glass door because ours was falling in, they just taped it up and told us not to use it, which is a fire hazard. I have lived here for nearly 5 years now, and have had nothing but great experiences with the leasing office women. They are responsive to my needs, friendly, and professional.

The office ladies are great. Rent is expensive literally everywhere so not much to complain about
