Drove with a friend all the way out there for a scheduled viewing just for them to tell us they didn't have a unit we could see. They showed us pictures we already saw online. A waste of time. Parking lot has unpainted speed bumps with giant holes around all of them
Pool hasn’t been open for two years, they said this year was delayed but it’s half way through the season and still no word or progress. Apartment wasn’t finished or livable when we moved and we were not told this until we showed up on move in day with all our stuff. Multiple things were not done we had to put everything in the living room and leave it there until they were done a couple days later. Unless you like to be stalked and harassed the whole time you live here, move somewhere else. First off when I moved in here they let me know that a “disgruntled “ employee left my apartment in a disarray. I was made to feel like I didn’t have a choice to switch apartments and she stood there while I was filling out the initial like apartment inspection sheet. I’ve never heard of that. Where do I start applewood first of all, You guys are very terrible people with disgusting and horrible management. Very unprofessional staff. Basically Left me and my wife and my 20 week old baby HOMELESS. They lied about our move in Date and decided it was a good idea to tell us it wouldn’t be ready for move in until one day before move in. THAT ONLY BECAUSE WE CALLED.
