This has been the most frustrating apartment experience I’ve ever had. We moved in on 10/10/25 and the unit was not livable — the toilet didn’t work, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, and the vents and windows were filthy. Maintenance came out several times and still couldn’t fix the toilet correctly. Even after replacing it, it was installed wrong. Was supposed to move in today October 10, 2025 and upon arrival the place was a disaster! If I could give it a 0 I would. I’m not typically the type to complain about certain things but there’s cracks from ceiling to floor, toilet not mounted to the ground, water damage, paint chips in the shower drain, food crumbs in cabinets and the list goes on and on. I’m loving it! It’s a quiet neighborhood. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. I enjoy the space in my home and all the amenities that come with living at applewood!
