Avoid at all costs and go to D&D RV in Helena, Montana. Jay in finance is dismissive and doesn’t return calls. Disingenuous statements about mandatory, state law dealer prep fees ($1900) and the $100,000 2020 Jayco Greyhawk 30z was not prepped at all. Problems throughout the one year we owned it. Many issues went unresolved despite scheduled appointments with treatment that we were a bother. Stay clear and shop elsewhere.
I can not say enough about the sales, service and management staff at Appleway RV in Liberty Lake WA. We purchased our 5th wheel last year, but due to life changing events requested help in its sale. Joe Lane helped on consignment, did a fantastic job in getting it sold in a timely manner and at the price he promised. In addition the management staff, Mike and April Stanisch were with us every step of the way to move our sale through! I can not say enough about the group at Appleway, Top Shelf all the way!
