Best walk-in clinic I’ve ever been Have been visiting this clinic for 4 years already and not complaints Waiting time is usually less than 45 min; staff is very helpful and doctors are awesome! Dr Samie is our family doctor and he’s awesome. However, all the doctors there are great, Dr Rai is one of my favourite as well. If you are looking for family doctor don’t hesitate to call them, they have a new female doctor which I have seen 3 times with my kids and she is sooooo kind and very professional!
My wife and I have always had a great experience during our visit at this Appletree Walk in clinic and Medical centre location. Ambience for customer service is awesome. The whole staff team including the front desk are very dynamic and courteous, in particular attention paid by Ms. Ryan despite many patients present at times at peak. My doctor is great - Reception staff is not
Absolutely disgusting experience. We had a confirmed appointment booked in advance and called to say we were on our way — only to be told the doctor was leaving early. Then why even book the appointment? On top of that, the staff was super rude and completely unprofessional. No empathy, no proper communication — just attitude. The way they spoke to us was unacceptable. A clinic should make patients feel cared for, not disrespected. Never going back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
