When I arrived, was told it is walk-in clinic only for persons who have a doctor in that clinic. REALLY! It is NOT a real walk-in clinic.
Better than family doctor
Online it goes on about how it's inclusive of all people, including Quebecers. After driving half an hour to get there, there are notices up saying the telemedicine clinic is only for customers of the associated Pharmacy/Drug Mart it is located in.
There is no Appletree Telemedicine here. I registered on the website in order to make an appointment, but the location is not listed. I asked by phone, but the answer was that it might be booked and that's why it isn't listed -- booked forever? I wasn't looking for an appointment the same day or even the same week. Apparently, the answer was that I should drive an hour or two to another clinic. This is of no use to me.
