Horrible service. They gave me a TB test and asked me to come back in 72 hours. And then went ahead and rescheduled me without informing me. The TB test is going to be invalid by then. They don’t even have the basic knowledge. Stay away!
Horrible experience , admin staff are standing around obliviously. Had an appointment booked for 12 pm for internal medicine and wasn’t seen around an hour later. Staff told me I wouldn’t have to wait long which was extra infuriating. Would give this place a zero compared to all other apple tree locations I have visited.
2025 0818 I called appletree central line for a same day doctor appointment closest to me, and I got booked at this 900 Albion road Appletree medical centre, 22.7km away, for dr Syed. He immediately dismissed me: "I'm not touching or looking at your breasts". I kindly asked for a referral to a specialist, or for a mammogram, with no avail. Third class staff and Doctors they are not professional in any manner They will wait you for more than 45 minutes despite having a appointment . Even the doctors are not professional as well
