I started to use this clinic and it was great. Untill September 2025. I had requested an appointment for a prescription. They told me they could do this over the phone which I appreciated. 1st appointment no one called. I called them back 3 times and they said the Dr. Will get back to me. No one did. 2nd appointment also made by phone. The scheduled time had past. I contacted them & they advised me it was actually an in person appointment which was not true. I had a really positive experience with Dr. Kevin. He is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I really appreciate his kindness and the way he treats his patients with respect and understanding. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kevin to anyone looking for a caring and trustworthy doctor.
i used to come here regularly for family doctor visits, but after my doctor, dr tran, retired i was forced to see the other doctor who was working there, dr syed. the one and only time i got him was the last time i ever came to this location. this man is completely unprofessional and disgusting towards women patients. the first thing he said to me when he entered the room was “wow so young and beautiful”. i then had to give him my medical history, as usual, and he pried on the mental health diagnosis’ i have to “understand w... read more
Horrible receptionist and Dr. At this location. I had to go check it out my self after my sister kept complaining that that the dr. Was rude in many occasions and reception weren’t helpful at all. They were very dismissive with her questions. The last remark that made her decide to look for another dr.
