I've been going there for about 10 years never had a problem always been looked after fantastically and I wouldn't go anywhere else doctor I have Dr pushy is one great doctor!!! Totally looked after!!!
Please dont waste your time at this location. No customer service. No one at the front desk. I have an appointment and i had to wait over an hour to be seen. No one update me, when someone finally came, no apology they just said i had to wait even though i had an appointment.
Very disappointing and a complete waste of my time. Your website showed a 15-minute walk-in wait, so before leaving I called to confirm. The staff member told me that if the website says 15 minutes, it'll be 15 minutes, and I could just walk in. I traveled 20 km to get there. When I arrived, I was told you're not accepting walk-ins at all, and the only option was an appointment the next day. Appletree is a corporate profit driven company selling health care services. Clearly the motivation is profit. There are no renewals on prescriptions so that you have to schedule a visit every time something needs to be renewed.
