The Edward location is pathetic. Dr V. Pathetic. They also works at the Dundas and St. Patrick location. They are short, wears a bandanna, a mask and inappropriate leather boots with a mask. They didn't even make eye contact when entering. The reception was nice. However, they made me wait after I explained my situation and didn't want to deal with me. I have been turned away from the walk in clinic twice now because they say I need an appointment even though their website says this location is open for walk in and the wait times
Stupid place is closed down. Don't waste your time. Update your listing
Despite having appointments, they delay by making you seat for 90mins+ happened three times now. Doctors are good tho
I would like to warn people about the very unpleasant experience today at your location at 1450 O'Connor Dr East. The doctor who attended me did not follow any hygienic protocol when dealing with patients. He was wearing a lab coat stained with BLOOD and yellow fluids, he did not use gloves, and he was not wearing a mask while examining my throat and speaking very close to me.
