All those leaving critical comments against the assistants or the management don't know what goes on behind the scenes! They are paid minimum wages (with no scope for growth or increments ) and expected to cater to walk-ins as well as family patients. This complicates their life especially when doctors book appointments every 10 minutes. Please note that other locations book at a frequency of 15 minutes or more. Google maps sent me to the wrong location 7 minutes away (I submitted a fix with Google and it should be corrected now). I called and they were able to describe the location and still accept me in even though I was 30 minutes late. The nurse and doctor were very pleasant and got the test I needed done. Thank you all!
If I could put minus stars I would,this service is horrible. I book the appointment I was confirmed about the online appointment with the doctor name and time and that was in the evening, in the morning next day I received the message that my appointment was successfully canceled. Yes successfully - it was said. Go figure this company is a joke, do not waste your time.
The receptionist is quite possibly the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with -absolutely ZERO compassion and the doctors simply don’t care. My recommendation would be to never go here, but some people are just stuck when there are so few doctors…so I guess this bottom of the barrel treatment is what we’re stuck with. Welcome to Canada 🤷♀️
