I had a very disappointing experience at Apple Medical Centre. I had a pre-employment medical appointment booked, but when I arrived, there was no one at the reception for a long time. After waiting, I asked a staff member, and they simply told me I had to wait indefinitely—even though I had a scheduled appointment. The lack of organization and communication was frustrating. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this place.
Really bad experience , they are scheduled for 9.00 for opening, but I wait 2 hours till 11 for opening. Another thing, there is no sitting area , no restroom. There are also so many older people who waiting with me outside the medical center. They really stressed from this behavior.
Dr. J’s presence is truly missed from this location; he’s professional, thorough, and kind-hearted which unfortunately, I cannot say for the other doctors at Appletree. After waiting four hours to see Dr. Pinto, his consultation lasted about 10 minutes and throughout out the entire time, he was dismissive to the inquiries I had including when I asked him to clarify the medications he would be filling for my grandmother to ensure that all her daily pills were accounted for. Today the worst ever appt 7:05 time now 9:25 haven't been seen yet by doctor...I have work in the morning and I have been sick for 2 weeks so I stayed and still waiting am I a sucker or what? Staff was nice
Definitely do not come here if it can be avoided. I got booked here for a pre employment checkup. No one at reception waited over 30 minutes to get in. Once I got through seemed like first time they had ever done this test for anyone. Then they didnt know how to use the lung test and waited over 2 hours till they said that it was broken and told me i needed to come back tommorow. Came back the next day and waited another couple hours as they now didnt know how to print out the results. Overall would never use this clinic for... read more
