I've been patient for over 30 years at Appletree and I cannot fault their doctors, but this review is about a member of their admin team that is long overdue. On multiple counts I endured the abrasive, dismissive, and unhelpful manner of Roz. Other members of my family have been subjected to her rudeness and obstructive attitude over the years as well. Doctors, take note before you lose more patients.
Dr Paisley was the best doctor they ever had, the decline of appletree medical centre was when government started to interfere. What we have now is (and i can't believe im saying this) is a medical system scared to say anything outside of what the 'WHO' deems to be correct. This is a massive problem, I mean if you want a disease then you might be happy about this. But otherwise hello type 2 diabetes and a whole slue of sickness.
Receptionists never fail to ruin my day. Every appointment with them is horrible. They are some of the rudest service representatives I’ve ever experienced. Get a new job if your so evidently unhappy
receptionist working today was vile and clearly very bitter. ruins any potentially good experience you could have with doctors from the very first interaction. should look for a different role if she so clearly despises working here
Just copped the third degree from receptionist Louise, when merely asking her whether they supplied Bowel testing kits as my doctor there had asked me to do that test, I had picked up the referrals from reception the day before after a phone consult and did not receive the kit. Her answer went from getting one from the government to paying for one to how come you have the referral but don't have the bits and bobs that go with them, as if somehow I'd slipped up?
