I've got a great experience at the Appletree Medical Centre. As this was my first visit, I had to complete a medical questionnaire at the kiosk on the location. Office assistant immediately invited me to the doctor's room. My blood pressure was taken and doctor came soon. All my concerns were professionally attended. It was a quick and pleasant experience. Thank you.
I would like to make a complaint regarding my experience at Apple Tree Medical Clinic. Unfortunately, I have found the overall level of customer service to be extremely poor. In particular, the two relatives who appear to work together at the front desk have consistently left a negative impression. Despite the mixed reviews, I had a great experience at Appletree Medical Clinic. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and Dr. David Brooks was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to listen to my concerns. I highly recommend this clinic.
Whenever I need to see my doctor, I can’t get an appointment, so I had to switch to a different doctor and clinic.
I don’t think this is a walk in clinic since they’re not actually accepting walk ins. You can only get in with an appointment. I went this morning (June 3) and there was no one to talk to. Just kiosks right when you walk in where you have to check in and it states they aren’t accepting walk ins.
