This place is never open. Their business hours are advertised as 9-9 but every week they’re either closing earlier or just never open at all. It’s Saturday and the clinic is closed as per their site even though they’re supposed to be open. Waited all week to go in on Sat - now it says Monday? This place is either a scam or the doctors/nurses here are lazy and refuse to work.
People who work there don’t care about patients and provide terrible service. If I could I would put 0 rating
I had a mixed experience at this family clinic. 👎 Reaching them by phone was frustrating — I waited on hold for almost an hour before being sent back to the queue. 👎The website is also unclear about walk-in hours, so check before going. 🙂However, once I registered in person, things went smoothly. 👎Also i made 5 times virtual appointments but non of them were available. Horrible experience from start to finish. I went to the walk in clinic around mid day and was told they were fully booked and I could see someone at 6.20pm. I came back for the appointment just after 6 and the clinic seemed to be empty. The doctor came in to see me just after 6.30pm, and asked me why I came in. I explained and he completely dismissed me and kept asking why I came to a walk in. He was extremely rude and had absolutely no empathy.
