Dr Easson is absolutely the best dentist I've ever had. I have a huge fear of the dentist, she assured me everything would be ok and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. After having awful experiences elsewhere, Dr Easson and the entire team at Apple Town have made me feel a lot more comfortable and confident about visiting the dentist. 10/10 recommend.
With respect to the one star review, you need an appointment to see a dentist. If it is an emergency situation, you will be referred to Fundy Dental in Coldbrook. The owners of Appletown are also part owners of Fundy along some other dental practices. The complainer was not fobbed off to another dentist. It takes a great deal of education, expense and experience to be a successful dentist. Being one is not easy money.
Fair and honest treatments. Very accomodating and pleasant to deal with.
