This Apple is Rotten! Our Closing Specialist (Juan) had the personality of a rock, wasn't truthful, didn't follow up for days on communication and had no thought of actually helping me get to the finish line. The bright spot in the group was Jamie. Wish we had her helping from the beginning, it would have been a better experience! If you still choose to use them , make sure you don't end up with Juan
