Even though I didn't have an appointment and was expecting to just drop paperwork off, not only was Mr. Appleton there but he also took the time to see me and talk about the papers and details! I was very pleased that everything was able to be discussed and clarified at that time, and face-to-face, to get matters dealt with rather than at a later time over the phone. He was very patient with my ignorance and it ended up being a very pleasant meeting - which is something I cannot say I've had to many of when it comes to lawye... read more
