My first time at Appleton Valley Dental for my initial appointment went smoothly overall. They were very thorough, although I found the dentist a bit impersonal. A month or so later I came in for my cleaning and my hygienist (who I had just met) almost immediately started discussing interpersonal issues she was experiencing with coworkers while she was cleaning my teeth. My family and I have been going to Dr. Jeff for over 20 years. He and his staff have always been friendly and professional. What I appreciate most is he stands behind his work does a great job. I highly recommend Dr. Jeff and Dr. Trent.
Dr. Paffenroth and his staff are so friendly and welcoming. They really went above and beyond for the work I had done. I was a little hesitant to get dental treatment during this pandemic, but this office is extremely clean and they seem to be following proper recommendations. I felt safe to be there. I highly recommend this office!
Westhill Dental provided exceptional service to me and my family for 16 years. We haven't lived in the area for 15 of those years, but it was worth the 45 minute trip. Very throrough with high quality. 7/14/2020. We are back on the upswing of COVID-19 cases and this place has minimal interest in doing their part to help protect the public.
