I have called Appleton the past two weeks sent a voicemail and I sent them an email on the website to schedule an appointment and no one has contacted me back!! I had a Groupon I had to use and wanted to set up an appointment before it expired. I don’t understand how a new client can book an appointment when the only option is to call or email when no one answers the emails or calls.
I truly enjoyed my time and conversation with April! She was very professional, knowledgeable, considerate and so much more. Then, to find out that she was a member of my new church and that we're both in ministry and from ministry families, and all of the conversation and advice that ensured afterward was an abundant blessing.
