Great place to live in New Ipswich. After moving in the owners have upgraded the lights inside the building, constantly attentive to the water for the building, provides salt for the walkways as well as plowing service. They give plenty of notice when work is being done and even mitigates any disturbances they may cause. When they work on the water and it's unavailable, they provide every resident with bottled water to use while work is done. New owners KMS are horrible people! They are trying to evict every tenant who's previously lived here before they purchased the property. They're unhappy that some tenants living here pay low rent and want them out so they can up the rent to, $1,100 - $1,200 dollars. And they can't do that until they force everyone out. And have been with little to no reason at all.
