Called flower shop after ordering on line 3 days earlier about my delivery. Was hung up on twice. Had to call back a 3rd time and finally talked to a female representative. She told me the flowers would be delivered by.2:00pm. We waited until 2:15 and no delivery. We received a phone after 2:30 about how and where to deliver. We were already gone for the day. Very upset my wife didn’t get her present on time as planned. Called back to complain and hung up on twice. Will not order from them again.
