The service here is impeccable. They are exceptionally nice. They explain everything and make sure that you are very comfortable. They also provide a lot of education. I highly recommend this office. They saved me hundreds of dollars by helping me get readers instead of a prescription. Every other eye doctor I've gone to has made me pick out glasses that they sold. I'll never go anywhere else now.
Visited the Hamilton AEA office today for my eyeglass repair (where glasses were orginally purchased) after giving up on anther AEA location yesterday. Walked in without appointment around 11:45 and to my surprise (and relief) was able to have the repair made almost immediately. I was on my way in less than 30 minutes total. Staff Nina & Duane were terrific. Cordial and professional. Will be back for next checkup and new glasses, if needed. Thanks again!
I don't quite understand how they can fail to accept one of the largest health insurance plans in the state. Forcing me to change optometrists
