Dominic was great to work with on this project. We had him clean and renew our brand new wood deck, we decided on a two tone look, one color on the rails and the other on the deck. Turned out very nice. Crew was professional and cleaned up after they were done. We would highly recommend their company.
Service after the sale is non existant. We have rotting boards and tried REPEATEDLY to have them replaced (per their contract). Never a call back. never kept appointments. Would never use again
Our deck was completed on time last summer 2024. I'm happy to report it made it through its first Wisconsin winter and held up very well.
We have been using Appleton Deck Renewal for years and have been able to maintain the original deck (built in 1992) using their services. We have always been very pleased with their work. The only area of improvement that I can think of would be more timely follow-up on upcoming projects to avoid additional calls from the customer to find out when a project will be handled.
