Speech therapy gets to pick and choose who they want to stay and want to discharge. I do not agree that they can discharge a patient when they want to. I pay for the services i should have a say in what my childs care looks like. What ever happened to patient care? It's definitely dead at that clinic. I do not recommend it. I had to advocate for my son, who has had speech therapy since he was 3. But the speech therapist that i worked with decides that NOTHING in his past matters. I want to start by saying that every staff member we came in contact with from the front desk, to nurses, physician and other diagnostic staff were all wonderful and clearly work well with children. What has been most frustrating has been the cost; the lack of knowledge on cost from any staff, and the lack of accountability for obscene visit fees.
