Horrible experience after we signed on the dotted line. We had them install a washer/dryer unit. They didn’t even connect the hoses correctly! First time using it , water spewed all over the closet. Owner said he would charge us a$225 service call to even check it out and another $225 if they needed to come back out with parts to fix it (let alone everything else that was still under warranty that needed fixing).
